    • Project Installation Manager

      Full Time

      Upon Application

      Working in an office & site based role, this role will be the main point of contact for both BarrJoinery and BarrKitchens customers and installations teams once a project is live. Working alongside sub-contractors and the in-house team, the ideal candidate will oversee the installation of cabinetry into clients’ homes/developments. Providing support to the installations team as well as making sure all internal key milestones and sign off stages are completed. Working alongside the designers, the right person will have the full responsibility for overseeing the installations of cabinetry, making decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

    • Visual Marketing Associate

      Part Time

      £25 - £30k (pro-rata)

      We are recruiting for an in-house graphic designer to manage the visual marketing output across the Barr Group organisation, comprising of five stand-alone companies. The appropriate individual needs to be creative, innovative, solution-driven, visually astute, detail-focused, highly organised and fastidious in the quest to stay true to the brand. Must have experience and competence in using Adobe software packages; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

      The role is 24 hours per week (3 days equivalent) – with potential flexible hours. The job is office based at the Barr Group HQ, near Thame, Oxfordshire. Salary £25-30K pro-rata.

    • Social Media Assistant

      Part Time

      We are recruiting for a Part-Time Social Media Assistant to take ownership of all social media platforms across the Barr Group (five companies) as well as administrative marketing tasks. The suitable candidate will be responsible for adapting content across these channels adhering to a strong on-brand voice and look at all times.

      We envisage this to be a part-time role based just outside of Thame at the Barr Group HQ. The hours will be 22 hours spread out across four days, but can be flexible for the right candidate.

      Salary bracket £16 - £18k (pro-rata) dependant on experience.
