This massive and delicate operation required expert workmanship and a fully co-ordinated effort from StuartBarr CDR and the BarrJoinery Team. The time and weather worn condition of the beautiful heritage orangery meant a total refurbishment, including replacement or splicing and gluing of repairable side rails, stile and glazing bars, removal of all sashes for off-site restoration, removal of all glass for raking out, cleaning and re-fit, as well as stripping, priming and painting of the entire structure.
